Helping Hands - Join Us
We are still seeking more coordinators to help us with entertainment planning, volunteer support, food planning, and other areas. We will have hundreds of volunteers at Efest itself on November 17, but it will take a core group of about 10 people to provide the basic leadership over the next six months. You would be joining a fabulous team. Contact us if you are interested in getting involved.

What are you specific needs? About how much time is required weekly? Do you have to live in Sarasota? Thanks.
We currently have a need for an Expert Speaker Coordinator, an Entertainment as well as Cuisine Coordinator.
For each of these positions, we are requesting that our volunteers commit to about 1 or 2 hours per week (as they are able), and be available the day of Efest.
Living in Sarasota is not required, but an availability to come to the Efest office (located in Sarasota) is essential.
